two Measures for handling forbidden articles by Posting and delivery service enterprises:

(1) Any inflammable, explosive and other dangerous goods discovered by the enterprise shall not be accepted and posted; If discovered by the delivery link, no delivery shall be made. Dangerous goods shall be stored in isolation, and those dangerous goods which are prone to harm shall be notified to the public security department and the state security organ at the same time.

(2) If the enterprise discovers all kinds of radioactive articles, biochemical products, narcotic drugs, infectious articles and strong poisons, it shall immediately notify the chemical prevention and public security department to deal with them according to the emergency plan. And notify the national security authorities.

(3) Any inflammable and explosive dangerous goods discovered by the enterprise shall not be accepted and posted; If discovered by the forwarding link, the forwarding shall be stopped; If discovered by the delivery link, no delivery shall be made. Dangerous goods should be stored in isolation. The dangerous goods liable to harm shall be notified to the public security department and the state security organ at the same time, and measures shall be taken to destroy them. If pollution needs to be eliminated, it shall be reported to the health and anti-epidemic department for handling. For other dangerous goods, the shipper may be notified to take them back within a specified period. Other non-dangerous goods in the internal package shall be arranged and re-sealed, and sent with proof or notified to the consignee for collection at the delivery link.

(4) The enterprise shall timely notify the public security, state security and press and publication departments to deal with all kinds of publications, propaganda materials and printed matter that endanger national security and social and political stability and are obscene.

(5) The enterprise shall notify the senders to take back the articles that are harmful to public health and perishable articles according to the circumstances, and may destroy them on the spot if they cannot notify the senders to take them back.

(6) If the packing is improper, which may endanger personal safety, pollute or damage other articles and equipment, the enterprise shall notify the senders to take them back within a specified time limit after discovering the packing. Those found in transfer or delivery shall be properly disposed of according to the specific circumstances.

(7) Articles prohibited from entering or leaving the territory shall be handed over to the Customs for handling.

(8) In other cases, it may notify the relevant government supervision department for handling.
