terms of service

        The terms of service issued by Shenzhen Weihang Global Freight Forwarding Co., LTD., the following content (Shenzhen Weihang Global Freight forwarding Co., LTD., referred to as our company). The Terms of Service shall be concluded on the date of signature by the sender, the parties are our company and the sender, and both parties shall comply with the Terms of Service. The term "shipment" in these terms refers to the goods that have arrived at our company or are collected by our staff, and the limitation of liability provisions in these Terms will apply to each shipment. If the sender requires a greater degree of protection, insurance can be purchased separately.


1. Restricted and prohibited shipments

The sender agrees that all shipments are transportable.

The following shipments will not be received:

1) Hazardous goods, dangerous goods as defined by the International Air Cargo Association (IATA), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and other relevant government departments or organizations, as well as prohibited or restricted goods (restricted items: Batteries, articles containing batteries, medicines urgently used for medical or scientific research, sports, live animals, magnetic items not exceeding the standard, perishables, radioactive items, vaccines, private or official seals, etc.)

2) Items that we believe cannot be safely and legally transported (including but not limited to: Fake and shoddy goods, Spray containers, alcoholic liquids, asbestos, buparaffin lighters, medical wastes, toxic substances, corrosive substances, food, tea, cash, checks, counterfeit banknotes, pharmaceuticals, dry ice, flammable and explosive substances, obscene materials, magnetic substances exceeding the standard, oxides and organic peroxides, weapons, dissolved paints and coatings, animals, cash notes, negotiable negotiable negotiable instruments, precious metals and minerals Stones, firearms, human bodies, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs and other items prohibited by local law from being mailed).

Ii. Inspection

Our company has the right to sample the shipment without notifying the sender in advance. If it is found that the goods are restricted or prohibited, our company will detain all the shipments on the same day and do not do shipment processing. The goods will be returned to the sender after one week of detention, and the sender must pay 50 yuan/time contraband inspection fee to our company. If the shipment involves illegal civil or criminal liability, our company has the right to hand the shipment to the political and legal authorities to deal with, and investigate the sender of the corresponding legal civil or criminal liability.

3. Delivery and non-delivery

In order to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the delivery to the recipient, the shipment cannot be delivered in a PO BOX or can only be delivered by postal code, but will be delivered to the recipient address provided by the sender (the first recipient of the mail in postal delivery shall be regarded as the consignee), but not necessarily directly to the recipient. If there is a central receiving point at the recipient's address, the shipment will be delivered to that receiving point.

Under any of the following circumstances, we will process the shipment according to the sender's request in a reasonable manner, so the additional cost incurred will be borne by the sender:

1) The recipient refuses to accept the shipment or pay taxes;

2) The shipment is deemed unacceptable;

3) The customs considers that the sender's customs clearance information is inconsistent with the actual goods (the sender of the customs clearance invoice issued by the goods, such as the customs requires to provide the clearance information stamped by the real sender, the sender needs to cooperate with the customs);

4) The recipient cannot be identified or located.

If the sender cannot provide timely treatment advice or the destination government cannot accept the treatment advice of the sender, we have the right to abandon the shipment without any legal civil or criminal liability to the sender or others.

Iv. Freight

The freight published on our website does not include remote charges and additional charges related to special products and special packaging. Some shipping methods need to calculate the higher of the actual weight or volume of the goods. We can re-weigh and measure any goods to confirm its calculation data. The sender shall pay or return to us all freight charges, surcharges, storage charges, customs duties and other taxes incurred by us or on behalf of the sender, recipient and any third party during the transportation service (some express delivery methods may not be able to know the additional charges in advance, the final charges are subject to the carrier's bill); When the shipment falls under the undeliverable condition referred to in Article 3 of this Clause, it shall also pay to us all the expenses related to return freight, import charges, compensation, damages, fines, etc. arising therefrom.

5. Return of goods

1) In case of any of the reasons mentioned in Article 3 of this Agreement "Delivery and non-delivery", the consignments entrusted by the sender shall be returned to the domestic operation center after being confirmed by both parties.

2) Our company does not make a time commitment to the goods returned by the sender, subject to the specific notification time of our company.

3) We can provide 7 days free storage service for the goods that are stranded by the sender for any reason. Within 7 days, we will contact the sender by phone or mail for handling advice; More than 7 days, our company will charge related fees to the sender according to the way of warehousing business; More than 6 months, the sender has not given advice, our company has the right to destroy according to the situation.

Vi. Responsibility of our company

Our liability to the sender under these Terms is limited to direct losses and does not exceed the limits published in the terms of each mode of transport. Since the sender can insure the goods against special risks in advance, we shall not be liable for any other loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, interest and future business), whether such other loss or damage is special or indirect, whether we were aware of the risk of such loss or damage before or after accepting the shipment. Only one claim can be made for each shipment and such compensation shall be the full and final settlement of the loss and damage. If the shipper considers that the provisions of this Article on compensation will not be sufficient to compensate his loss, he shall self-insure the value of the goods, otherwise the shipper shall bear the risk of all loss and damage.

Vii. Goods inquiry

For the carrier can provide the inquiry of the freight method (other than the ordinary mail bag) in one of the following circumstances, the sender can make an inquiry application to our company:

1) The goods do not display the online tracking information according to the normal processing time;

2) The goods have not been successfully delivered beyond the promised time limit of the selected mode of transport;

3) The delivery of the goods is displayed on the inquiry website corresponding to the selected shipping method, and the recipient has not received the package (except EUEXP);

4) The recipient reports that the goods are damaged, reduced, and inconsistent with the goods issued;

5) Incur unknown expenses.

The sender shall ensure that the cargo information is detailed and accurate when sending the goods, and provide relevant information about the goods when querying, such as the information of the goods sent when the information is inconsistent with the information submitted by the sender, or the cargo information submitted by the sender does not meet the query conditions caused by the carrier to refuse to query, all losses and responsibilities shall be borne by the sender. Due to the limitations of time, space and transit links in international shipment enquiries, there are differences in the inquiry period of different countries and different modes of transport, so that our company will make reasonable efforts for the sender to inquire about the shipment, but not the carrier's delayed reply to assume responsibility.

Viii. Claim

Any claim must be made after the end of our enquiry period for each shipping method.

1) Our internal loss

Collect the goods from the sender to our company will deliver the goods to the carrier between, if the loss of goods, we will be responsible for compensation. The amount of liability is based on the declared value entered by the sender in our system or the actual value of the product (i.e. the purchase voucher and invoice provided by the sender, etc.), whichever is lower. The maximum amount of compensation for a single parcel is not more than $100.

2) Carrier lost

After the shipment is sent from our company, the carrier will provide the relevant handover certificate. If the shipment is lost, the liability lies with the carrier. Our company will assist the customer to claim from the carrier, the amount of claim according to the compensation provisions of each freight mode.

3) Our company's operation causes the shipment to be sent to the wrong address

Due to the reasons of our operation, the shipment is sent to the wrong address, our company will return the postal or express costs that have been collected to the customer, and can choose to compensate the value of the item and the declared value is lower, bear the surface postage of the package returned to Shenzhen from abroad, in order to send the wrong address to the correct address of the surface mail postage of the lowest cost way to deal with. However, it does not bear the indirect economic loss of the wrong shipment.

4) Lost parcels due to customs spot checks

When the shipment passes through the customs, the Customs will open the shipment for inspection, which may result in the loss of the parcel, the loss of the contents (in whole or in part), or the seizure of the Customs. Our company does not assume any responsibility arising from this.

9. Transport delay

The delivery time published on our website is from the start of the operation record on the corresponding inquiry website to the time of the arrival of the goods, but does not include the time of our pick-up, the time of sorting in the sorting center and the customs clearance time. These standards are not part of the commitment and do not form part of the agreement. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the delay in shipment.

10. Irresistible factors

We shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by causes beyond the control of the carrier. These causes include but are not limited to: natural disasters, such as earthquakes, tornadoes, storms, floods, fog, etc.; Force majeure such as war, air disaster or embargo; Inherent defects or characteristics of the shipment (whether we are aware of them or not); Riot or civil disorder; Acts or omissions of persons who are not our employees or have no contractual relationship with us, such as senders, recipients, third parties, customs or other government authorities; Industrial incidents; Electromagnetic damage or erasure of electronic audiovisual pictures, data or records.

11. Guarantee and liability of the sender

If the sender violates the relevant laws and regulations or violates the following warranties and statements, the sender shall bear all costs and compensation for the loss and damage caused to our company:

1) All information provided by the sender or its agent must be complete and accurate;

2) The goods are prepared by the sender or his employees under the premise of security;

3) The personnel who prepare the goods for the sender can be trusted;

4) The sender shall ensure that the goods are not improperly interfered with by others during preparation, storage or transportation;

5) All labels of the goods are complete and accurate, the address is clear, the packaging is appropriate, and it is suitable for safe transportation under the general level of attention;

6) Comply with the provisions of customs and import and export, as well as other laws and regulations.

Xii. Route

The sender accepts all routes and detours arranged by the carrier, including possible transit points.

13. Account audit and certification

Before using our service, the sender needs to provide real and effective information to authenticate and activate the account. Only after the account is activated can we enjoy the services provided by our company normally. Please refer to our Account Activation Instructions for details.

14. Application of law and dispute resolution

In consideration of our interests, except for conflicts of applicable law, all disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country of origin of the shipment, and the law of the country of origin shall apply, and the sender irrevocably accepts such jurisdiction.

Fifteen, divisibility

The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of these Terms shall not affect the validity and enforcement of the remaining terms.
